Qamishle to Damascus?

I need to go form Qamishle to Damascus? I have never been to that route. So I dont have experience how should I travel. Has anybody went there and traveled that route? I was not able to find out some accurate info about this. So I need your advice and suggestion. Please share your experience with me.

Ah Damascus. That brings up really wonderful memories. I went there with my wife 2 years ago. And we had really nice time. We went to excursions, visited so many nice things. We really enjoyed. I cannot remember last time I felt that relaxed than that time. We have some really crazy pictures from that trip. But you are maybe not going there for pleasure. We also used route Al Qamishli to Damascus. We traveled with plane. I like to travel fast and comfortable. And planes provide me both. So, I suggest you to use plane on that route. There is no need to lose time using buses.
