Renting a car in Kuwait

I would like to rent a luxurious limo with a driver during my weekend stay in Kuwait. Im going on a business trip and Im taking my wife with me, and Id like her to be able to go shopping and sightseeing while Im at meetings. What are the reliable car rental companies there?
