Safest Island in Caribbean?

Hello to all people. I’ve been wondering for sometimes now what is the safest island in Caribbean? Since I’m planning to spend sometimes there I’d like to know where can and where can’t I go or what are the “forbidden” things for me to do. Do you have good advice for me, something informative?

To be honest I never had any trouble anywhere in Caribbean. I know for sure that St. Kitts or St. Lucia are safe places, it might be for the fact those islands are small. I’ve heard though Jamaica or Belize are quite different. Not so dangerous if stick to your tour guide or use taxi through risky areas.
