Singapore hotels review?

Hello everyone! As Im planning a trip to Singapore and it will be my final destination, I would like to receive any kind of directions about the hotels there, of course from the ones that have already been there? Any kind of suggestions would be of great help for me about where to stay, what means of transport to use, what places to visit, where to eat?

I went several times to Singapore and I can tell you about a few hotels that I visited and also about the ones that I heard about. I frequently go there for business purposes. The best one in my opinion is Ritz Carlton near the Marina bay. The service is excellent, the rooms are bright, spacious and beautiful while the food is delicious. The Fullerton Hotel is beautiful and romantic and I wish I had stayed longer there. Pan Pacific also near the marine bay is as expensive as the previous two and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Shangri la is in the city centre, but I have never stayed there, though I heard very nice things about it. Maybe next time!
