Syrian visa/cost in border jordan-syria border

Howdy. I am from Venezuela and I have to travel to Syria in two months. Im not sure if Syrian embassy exists in my country. Ive heard that in some cases you can get Syrian visa in jordan-syria border. I would like to know whether it is true. Does someone know how much it costs? I would appreciate all your answers.

Hello, there. I think you can get Syrian visa at the Jordan-Syria border. It is especially practice for countries that dont have Syrian embassy. Of course this doesnt mean that you will automatically get visa. Im not sure how much it costs. Ive heard it is different for different nationalities. For Americans, for example, is about $16. But it can be higher for others. Maybe it would be good for you to inquire in Syrian embassy in a country close to Venezuela. I hope youll be lucky and get the visa you need. Cheers!
