The ultimate Paris accomodation for 200 euros per night (and with a hearty breakfast)

Hi people!! To all of you who have been to Paris, or still better, who live there: what is the ultimate accommodation in Paris? It should come to 200 a night or under. And it should have a nice breakfast also included in the price. Where can I find this? Thanks very much for all your suggestions! There are appreciated!

Hi. We stayed at the Castiglione Hotel recently and had an excellent time there. Just a walk away from the Champs Elysees, the location could not be better. The price I think is around 130 Pounds per night, so that should be under 200 Euros. The breakfast was quite all right. I hope this is enough info. Regards.
