As weird as it may sound to some people, I am seriously thinking of going to Costa Rica after my retirement.
And this (the day of my retirement) is something that is closer every day. I believe I did my best in these past 40 years of my career, and I believe that I have more then deserved this prolonged vacation. I am planning to spend at lest 3 or 4 months somewhere where I will be able to devote some time to myself. Is Costa Rica good choice of destination for that?

Why not?
Costa Rica is a synonym for relaxation, rest, and enjoyment. I am not really sure how much it is perfect place for isolation, but I think that if you can afford to yourself spending three or four months there (and you obviously can, otherwise you wouldn’t consider it as an option), you should go.
