Tour from Hanoi

I am visiting Vietnam very soon and I will probably stay one month. We decided it is the best to stay that long, since this would be probably our only visit to this great country in our entire life and then again why travel so long (18h by plane) and not stay that much? Anyway, could you by any chance recommend some good trips and organized tours starting from Hanoi? Thanks
