Can anyone of you tell me something about trekking in Peru? I’ve heard of Grand South America tour, which lasts for about a month, but it’s too expensive for me. This time, I’ll travel to Peru only. I think that trekking is one of the best ways to see a country – not driving or flying. When you go trekking, you may stop at whichever place you want and stay as much as you like.

I had some trekking experience in Peru. Peru is famous for trekking and many tourists who want some trekking experience do not hesitate to some right here. There are different trekking tours. All of them mostly include climbing and hiking but they are divided according to the area and the duration of a tour. You may go to Cordillera Blanca or Cordillera Huayhuash. These trekking tours are not only fun. There is a serious aspect of trekking – you should adapt to the new conditions. That’s why you should come earlier to the starting point and prepare yourself for changes. You don’t have to worry about the food and equipment. It’s provided by the tour organizer.
