Trekking tour in Tibet, have you done that?

It is not like I am experienced in trekking, but I have been on a few tours, and I really enjoyed in them. I like to spend holidays this way, so now I am thinking of going to Tibet. But before I book anything, I would like to hear a few impressions from someone who has done it already.

Well, I am not sure where in Tibet you plan to go trekking. I personally chose the Namchag Barwa Trek, mostly because it is not so long and demanding, and it was perfect for my first time in Tibet.
