Turkey to Syria to Jordan to Egypt to Mali

Ok I know this will sound weird but I would like to see these four countries some time soon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt and Mali. I know this could be too much for one vacation but I am still willing to try to manage it. Wonder if any of you have any kind of idea how to pass all these destinations in three weeks or month time? On the other hand I am willing to share this thread so people could share their experiences from trip to any of these four countries and maybe I could get some idea how to solve my problem.

Huh three weeks or month in my humble opinion is not enough. I saw some place on the internet some Oasis Caravan Tour or Istanbul to Cairo tour (passes Syria and Jordan on that way ) and it lasts bit less then 40 days (36 or 37), and where is there Mali, heh. I guess you could check their itinerary and try to skip some stops so you could pack poor abandoned Mali in the whole arrangement. I must say I never been in any of these countries apart Egypt so I could not share any kind of experience when it comes to crossing another border what you actually need here. It was regular ten days tour and all arranged by agency so I didnt have to bug myself with things that are messing you now.
