Vietnam - another trip?

Hello, I am thinking about another trip to Vietnam. My mother origins date from this country, so last summer we visited the city of Ho Chi Minh (I guess I spelled it all right) and we are amazed by this country, its friendly and optimistic people, especially the young ones... We would like to go to Vietnam this year too, but try something else. What tours and packages can you recommend?
