Villa rental in Japan info

How can I get more info about villa rental in Japan?
Is it possible to rent it at all and is it expensive?
My colleague and I should stay there for 3 or 4 weeks, and we were thinking that it might be cheaper to rent an apartment for that time, than pay the hotel rooms.

It is possible, but in the first place, the prices of the villas for renting depend on the city in which you plan to rent it, than on the location in that city, and, of course, on whether you need a bigger or not so big villa.
My personal advice is to book rooms in a hotel, because it will be much easier to both of you, and I am sure that the difference in price won’t be to significant either.
