West Coast of Malaysia in January

Has anyone been to Malaysia yet? I am going to a business trip to Singapore in January (probably like middle to third week of it), so I was thinking it would be nice to visit west coast of Malaysia also (if I get enough of the free time to do it!). Can anyone give me some special tips on Malaysia, like weather, climate…?

The climate of Malaysia is characterized by the annual southwest (April to October) and northeast (October to February) monsoons, so that actually means January could be the best time to go to the West Coast! You can enjoy a lovely, sunny vacation here! Gosh, I envy you, you gonna have a great time!
