What Roatan hotel I should stay at this summer?

My boyfriend and I will try to spend some time together in nice surroundings. We don’t know the exact location yet but we agree that Honduras is a good choice. We heard that Roatan is a nice island where couples can enjoy their time together. What Roatan hotel I should stay at this summer?
