Snowboarding is great! But it is very wise to be prepared. The right kind of clothes really make things so much more pleasant I think. To start with I would get thermal underwear, the shirt and the trousers! I know it looks a bit silly but no one will see you and if they do it is a great laugh I think. It will make things so much more comfortable! For the rest, you 'll have to ask someone else.

Well, the underwear is just a start. A good start mind you, but just a start. You have to get the special snowboarding socks, they are an essencial part of the outfit. The will keep your feet dry and warm and keep you padded against the impact. A good fleece and jacket is also good, it will keep you nice and warm. Thermal trousers as a must, and boots and goggles and also gloves+ the snowboard haha. But I don't see how you could forget about that. Have fun!

Thanks guys, you have been a great help. I and going to the store tomorrow to get the proper gear. You have made the point that I should wrap up warm and be protected to survive my trip. I am ever so exited and feel that I can't go wrong. And who knows, we might bump into each other on day. Although I hope it won't be a literal encounter.
