What should I see in Arts District of Calgary?

Hi! I am going to Calgary. I would like to see some sites connected to arts. I heard there is a famous Arts District in Calgary and I would like to see it. However, it is too big and I doubt I could see everything in the district. I would like to make some selection and to choose the best things only. What should I see first in the District?

Hi! Calgary is very nice and you should plan at least four or five days to see all the important sites of it. I mean, there is no point of seeing so many things in a day or two because you will have very little time for each of them and see them just superficially. Besides, your brain won't be able to memorize all those info and impressions. Arts District is one of the best parts of Calgary. When you come to see it, don't forget your camera. The most impressive of all things was Olympic Plaza. It is a kind of square on which you can see many galleries, museums and other institutions of culture.

The Cultural District is Calgary’s "post card to the world". Located in the heart of the city, the District is home to dozens of arts and culture hotspots like galleries, museums, theatres, concert halls and outdoor festival space, plus excellent shopping, dining and nightlife all within a few browsable blocks.
