Where I can buy ski equipments in Revelstoke?

I am going to spend one week in Revelstoke this winter. I will meet few friends there and we are looking forward to spending one week enjoying skiing, snowboarding and other snow activities. Where I can buy ski equipment in Revelstoke? I don’t need complete package but only few basic items.

Well, there are some good shops around where you can buy various pieces of equipment. Revelstoke Alpine Equipment Ltd located at 213 MacKenzie is a good place to look for the things you need. I visited the shop several times and each time I left it with something new. The people there are very kind and know how to sell things.

Revelstoke Mountain Resort is a great place to enjoy your time in Revelstoke but also to buy equipment. The Retail Shop at the Day Lodge has plenty of things you may need and the only problem is that there are too many of them for a limited budget. You can find boots, helmets, back country gear, skis, goggles, etc.

Skookum Cycle & Ski at 118 MacKenzie is also not a bad place to find good equipment. However, my suggestion is to think about renting the equipment instead of buying it. If you plan to spend one week or so a year skiing then renting equipment is much better and cheaper option. On the other hand, if you plan to spend many weeks or months skiing then investing in equipment is not a bad idea.
