Where to go to honeymoon in Guyana?

My fiancé and I are making plans for our honeymoon. Both of us like South America so that is roughly where we are going. My sister recommended Guyana and we are considering it as our first choice. I would appreciate some info on this country. Can someone tell me where to go to honeymoon in Guyana?

If you ask me, New Amsterdam or Lethem are the best choices. There are plenty of very nice places where you and your husband can enjoy the sweetest time of your life. Beside these two towns, I suggest you visit Kaieteur Falls. They are really amazing and they are extremely high, much higher than Niagara Falls.

Georgetown is also good. In fact, my wife and I spent two wonderful weeks there. According to my wife, I am not exactly the most romantic type, but I also enjoyed our visit to Kaieteur Falls. They are really beautiful. You’d better make sure to include them in your itinerary.

I spent two days in Georgetown and I wasn’t really impressed. That’s why I recommended New Amsterdam which is much nicer. Beside, Kaieteur Falls there are few other places and spots I would recommend to see like Orinduik Falls, Iwokrama, Marshall Falls, The Rupununi Savannah, Shell Beach, The Kanuku Mountains and Kyk-Over-Al.

Guyana is one of the beautiful Caribbean island & Caribbean honeymoon destinations that make your honeymoon more interesting and unforgettable. Guyana is famous for its beautiful beaches, white sands & beautiful green trees etc.
