I would like to take a trip to Argentina next week. I planned out almost everything. However, I am not sure what is currency there and what are the exchange rates. If anyone knows, it would mean a lot, since I do not want to go unprepared. Thanks in advance for any help.

In Argentina, the local currency is the peso. However, do not worry if you do not manage to get any before the trip, since the majority of restaurants, markets, and other shops always accept US dollars. Also, you will regularly get a change in pesos. Beware, though, that official institutions, like post office do not accept any foreign currency. As for the exchange rates, you probably know that every once in a while the value of pesos drops a bit. Currently the rate is stable, and you can get around 3 pesos for 1 dollar. Hope this helped.
