Which company would you rather travel with: KLM or Swiss Air?

Hi, Im doing a research on the major airline companies in Europe and would like to find out which one of them is the most popular among passengers. Ive chosen KLM and Swiss Air because it seems to me that they are somewhat more professional than the others. So I want to know which of the companies would you rather travel with?

Hello, I have traveled with both KLM an Swiss Air numerous times. I think it is pretty hard for me to make up my mind on which company prefer traveling with. They both have their advantages as well as their disadvantages. But as you already said they are both so long in the business that they have reached really high standards of professionalism. I must say, after taking everything in mind, that KLM would probably be my choice. Simply because I have flown with KLM before the 2004 merging with Air France and it was ok. Now that the two companies have joined forces it seems to me that they have improved every single operating detail. Also the plane meals at KLM are extraordinary. So, yeah, KLM would probably be my choice.
