getting around Santa Theresa?

Hi! My friend and I are planning to go to Santa Teresa in Costa Rica sometimes during this summer. Can you suggest us some good way of transportation, cause we have never been to Costa Rica before and don't know what cities out there have to offer to tourists. Is it save to travel by a cab from destination to destination?

If you have time visit Latitude 10 Jungle Beach Resort, one of the busiest place in Santa Theresa. From there you can catch a cab and see all sights of Santa Theresa extremely quickly. Be sure to ask cab driver in advance how much that ride will cost, cause it's not rear to hear that some tourist give cab drivers watches, cell phones or even jewelry cause ride is too expensive. If you ask in advance, you may get a lot cheaper ride!
