renting an apartment long term in Jerusalem

Hi! My husband and me are going to Israel for two years. Hell be doing some archeological research there about early Christian era. My duty, however is to find appropriate apartment in Jerusalem for the two of us. Can you help me with some additional informations about it. Can I find a renting agency or something similar?
