six hours CDG layover

I will be going next week to Belize. I expect to take two planes, the second being at CDG airport. Since I will be having a layover of about six hours, I would like to hear some suggestions about spending that time. Is there something that should be see near the airport? Is there any chance of me getting into town? Any help will be useful.

Six hours layover is not too long, so do not count on anything major. There are two options that should work for you if you do not want to stay at the airport. First, there is Air and Space Museum. It is at LeBourget, only a few minutes from CDG. There you can see the Concorde 001, a 747 plane, or other test aircrafts. If you find these things interesting, that will help you spend some time. If not, you can take RER, which is a rail system, and go to downtown Paris in 30 minutes. That way you will have 3 hours for sightseeing the town. When you are done, take the RER back to CDG and you will arrive in time for your second flight.
