ski lodging in the Ruidoso area?

Is there anyone who could tell me more about ski lodging in the Ruidoso area? I am thinking of going there next month on something like a second winter holiday, but since I have never been there before, I am really not familiar with the lodging and whether or not it is any good.

If you ask me, I have only once been to Ruidoso on winter holiday, and back then I stayed at this Sitzmark Chalet Motel. It was a very nice motel, one of the nicer when it comes to the motels in which I stayed at, so if you do not need anything extravagant, my advice is to choose this.

I am really not sure which place to single out when it comes to the accommodation in Ruidoso area, because I was there only once, and I have to say that I stayed at a cottage that my friends rented before. Maybe you should consider that option as well, what do you think about it?

If you ask me, there is no better accommodation than staying at a rented cottage when on winter holiday in any ski resort, so that is what I highly advise you to do. You should better check it all in advance, because you will have much better choice then if you wait until you get there to find something.
If you don’t like that, there is always good old Cloud Home Lodge.
